Editor: Enable Ctrl-D (duplicate) and swapping photos between frames

I notice that I can "Control+C" and copy an image on the page. This is helpful when you want to quickly copy the particular image box with an effect.  What I notice is that you cannot drap a new photo into the image box and have it replaced nor it allows you to pick up an image and swap it with another image frame.
