Book manager: display page numbering on book ladder

It would be very helpful to have page number on the actualy yearbook ladder.

This really help an administrator see what actual page their section/event is in relations to their entire book.

I have a lot of advisors who print and manually make their own page ladder and it’s helpful to see the page in relationship with their sheet and the yearbook.
