Editor: Add image effects filters

Filters have become a norm within social media. It would be great to have photo filter effects ( similar to your memento desktop app )

Depending on the schools theme, sometimes schools like to create retro pages.  It would be great to have the option to make a photo into black and white / Sepia to go with their theme.

Also to have more advanced image tools like making a photo lighter and darker.
