additional users to creat their own password and tutorial link specific to their credential type
I've been asked that when an administrator creates a user, the new user should get a intro email with the link to access Memento. The user should also create their own password for security reasons rather than having the administrator create the password for eah user. This is extremely imporant since schools in California will all be doing distance/online learning , this will greatly benefit the yearbook advisor from having to contact each user individually.
Also the intro email should have an online tutorial link that will have tutorial based on user level ( staffers, editors, and editor in chief ). This way staffers can have access to training material specific to them as apposed to the traiving videos of an editor in chief.
