Initial Yearbook Creation

Your yearbook will be created by the publishing company you have selected. Following the creation of your yearbook, the primary administrator will be notified via email. This email contains essential instructions for completing the setup process of your yearbook.

Email Verification

It is important to note that all communication will be sent from an email address ending in *@yearbooks.me. To ensure that these crucial emails reach you, please add *@yearbooks.me to your email whitelist. In case you do not find the email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder for any missed communications. Email Contents and Actions

As shown in the screenshot, the email you receive might have a visual appearance that reflects the branding of your publisher, so it may look slightly different than expected.

Within this email, you will find a link labeled 'Set Account Password'. Clicking on this link is the first step in securing your account.

As shown in the screenshot, the next steps contain additional instructions to aid in the completion of your registration process.

Compliance and Agreements

In adherence to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Memento Yearbooks ensures full compliance with these regulations. If your school is located within the United States, it is necessary to acknowledge this by checking the COPPA checkbox during the setup.

By finalizing the Yearbook Account Setup, you also express your agreement to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Access The Yearbook

Once you have successfully complete the account setup, you are ready to access your yearbook. Begin by navigating to the yearbook login page at https://books.yearbooks.me/.

Initially, you will be asked to enter the SchoolID. This ID was provided in the Yearbook Creation email, so make sure to have it handy. After inputting the SchoolID, select 'Admin' as the user type and then enter your password. This will grant you access to your yearbook account, where you can start exploring the various features and tools available to you.
