Only Editors-in-Chief may edit the permissions for a team member.
Click on the menu bar in the upper left corner of the screen to access the side menu, if you need to.
Click on the Manage Team link on the left-side menu under the Admin section. Note that only Editors-in-Chief will see this menu.
Locate the team member by selecting their current role (Editors-in-Chief, Editors, Staffers).
Click on Edit next to their account information.
Information that cannot be edited is greyed out. You can edit their first and/or last name, change the role type, permissions and/or reset the password.
In this example, the team member is being upgraded to the role of Editor.
Click Update User to save the changes.
