Assigning Roles to Portraits

Modified on Thu, 08 Feb 2024 at 02:09 PM

Understanding the Roles in the Memento Yearbook is essential, especially for flowing portraits throughout the yearbook. However, the most vital aspect of roles is their ability to distinguish teachers from assistant teachers, for example.

This distinction is crucial in the Portrait Editor, where you can leverage this information to use the Feature Frame options.

TIPS: Please note that you could use it for the principal when flowing a staff page.

IMPORTANT: When importing a PSPA file into Memento Yearbook, the role is automatically assigned as 'Teacher' if the department is indicated as 'Teacher'.
