Manage Portraits 101

Importing Portraits : For guidance on importing portraits, please refer to the following article: Importing Portraits Using an Index File (PSPA)

A - New : Manually create a new portrait entry.
B - Import People : Upload a batch of portraits (PSPA file), either adding new ones or appending to existing series..

C - Import Photos :Bring in photographs for current portraits or upload new portrait images for later manual linking.
D -Error Area : Displays a list of errors requiring immediate resolution.
E - Warning Area : Shows alerts that may require your attention, depending on how the portrait is used.

F - Filter by Groups : Allows for narrowing down the view to specific groups for more efficient searching.

G - List of Filters : Provides a comprehensive list of filters to quickly validate or modify portraits.
H - Missing Information Filters : Quickly identifies portraits with missing elements, like absent photos.

I - Find People : Enables rapid searching and editing of individual portraits by name.

J - Grid View : Show all portraits in a visually accessible grid format, highlighting each individual with a prominent photo.

K - Table View :  Displays portraits in a table layout, ideal for detailed and fast specific editing tasks..

L - Tool Bars - Activates various tools and options based on the portraits you select.
