When you view your book on the Edit Book screen, you may see page numbers appear under your pages.
These page numbers are for reference/display purposes only - they will not appear on your final printed book or even in the Page Editor. You can turn them off using the menu at the bottom of the screen.
To add customizable page numbers that will print in your final book, do so in the Page editor.
