Updating or supplementing information about an individual in the portrait database is crucial, as there may be omissions or errors related to certain individuals stemming from the original PSPA file importation that need to be corrected subsequently.

Go to the Manage Portraits

A - Select the "Manage Portraits" option.

B - Choose to "Check-Out" the book for the purpose of importing a PSPA file. This action involves considerable alterations to the yearbook's structure, particularly in terms of panel flow.

Grid View - Editing or Adding Information

A - Ensure you are in Grid View mode by clicking the Grid View button.
- Hovering the mouse over any individual's portrait in Grid View will display an Edit Icon.

Click this icon to access the Edit Person Dialog.

Table View -Editing or Adding Information

A - Ensure you are in Table View mode by clicking the Table View button.
B - By default, Table View displays only the key attributes of a person. Click "Show All Fields" to view all attributes for an individual.
In Table View, you can edit anything by clicking on a field, whether it's filled or empty, to enable in-place editing. This offers a rapid method to assess the overall condition of your portrait database and swiftly add any missing details.
C - Similar to the Edit Person Dialog, clicking on specific fields, such as the Grade in this example, will bring up a combobox displaying all available grades to streamline the selection process and minimize errors.
