This knowledge base is designed to teach you everything you need to know about using Memento Yearbook to complete your yearbook.


SEARCHING You can search for topics by clicking on the magnifying glass at the top of any page. Use just a keyword or two to find the feature or action you are looking for.
WARNINGS Keep your eyes open for important warnings - this appear in special highlighted boxes. Warnings are there to make sure you don't make any mistakes that lead to actions you can't undo.
TIPS Tips provide you with extra helpful suggestions, to make your yearbook experience more efficient or fun.


Problems? Here's who to contact!

Your yearbook company is responsible for:

  • setting up your book product sizes
  • setting your submission deadlines
  • managing your order, pricing & shipping
  • approving your book for final printing
  • cancelling a book you have already approved for printing.

Either your yearbook company or school photography company is responsible for:

  • your portrait photos (usually in a PSPA format database).
    This includes retakes, color issues, format issues, and related matters.

Your Yearbook Editor(s)-in-Chief is responsible for:

  • creating team members
  • managing team member passwords
  • managing your book's structure
  • collecting COPPA-related permission forms.
