Using the Task Feature for Efficient Team and Project Management

The Task Feature allows you to delegate responsibilities efficiently across your team members, ensuring every task is accounted for and completed on time. From collecting photos for a particular event to defining the yearbook's structure or planning for superlative query sessions, this feature simplifies the management of essential tasks.



It helps keep the team organized and ensures that every crucial step in the yearbook creation process is executed flawlessly, paving the way for a smooth, timely completion.

Add a New Task


- To create a new task, click on "New Task".

B - Enter a name for the task.

C - Set the priority of the task. Choose between Low, Normal, High, and Highest.

D - Set the task's status for easier tracking. Choose between Not Started, In Progress, and Completed.


E - Everyone can create a task. However, the Editor-in-Chief can also assign tasks to other members.

F - If desired, enter a more detailed task description in the Notes section.

G - Click on "Add New Task" to create it.




Edit a Task


A - Click on the pencil icon to edit the task. You can change all its details.

Delete a Task


A - Click on the trash icon to delete the task.
