Yearbooks often focus on the graduating class.
Cap & Gown Portraits
Special graduation photos are included in the yearbook. Often these replace the "plain clothes" portrait, but are sometimes offered in addition to them.
Graduate Write-Ups
Next to or under the graduation photos, you may include additional information for the graduating class. Poll the class to get their motto, their future education or employment plans, their favourite school memory, or a general send-off message.
Before-and-After
Pair a current photo of the graduate with a baby picture, or a photo of their first day at school.
Graduate Special Events
Include the graduation ceremony and prom/grad dance photos in this special section. If your graduating class goes on a special trip, also include these pages in this section.
School Memories
Search for photos from past years to include build a "Remember when..." page.
Special Wishes
Ask staff to contribute a message to wish the graduating class well.
Student Ads
Parents and other family members may be invited to purchase 1/4, 1/2 or full page ads to pay tribute to their graduate. A member of your committee can design the pages using the text and photos provided by the parent, or you may ask the parents to submit a finished ad following a size and formatting guideline. (Ask for a jpg file to avoid format conversions.)
