The Overview tab provides specific information tailored to the logged-in user. The options displayed may vary based on the user's permissions, with some users having access to different features.
A - Yearbook Progress: This section offers a quick overview of the yearbook and cover's progress by displaying the various states of each page along with their due dates. It is visible to the Editor-In-Chief and Editors.
B - Preview Book: This allows the Editor-in-chief and Editors to generate and preview a low-resolution PDF version of the yearbook for review purposes.
C - Storefront Status & Sales: This allows the Editor-in-chief and Editors to see the storefront's status and any yearbook sales, if applicable. The availability of this feature depends on the publisher; thus, the online store may not be accessible to your school.
D - My Tasks: This feature enables all users to create and manage assigned tasks, facilitating task tracking and completion.
E - Calendar: This allows all team members to view upcoming calendar events created by the Editor-In-Chief.
F - Message Board: This is a mechanism for sharing information with the entire yearbook staff, with content managed exclusively by the Editor-In-Chief.
G - Support: This section offers quick access to various support links, aiding users in resolving issues or finding help efficiently.
