Email for login access not being received

If your publisher has told you that your invitation to access your yearbook has been sent, but you do not find it in your inbox, first check your spam folder as it may have been misfiled upon receipt.


Next, ask your publisher to verify your email address in case there was a typo - they will be able to resend it to you. 

If you still do not receive the invitation, ask your local IT person to whitelist noreply@yearbooks.me on your email server - the address may be blocked at a network level.
